As between you and ExpiGuard, you retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to ExpiGuard for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExpiGuard from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
